- Own and live in their home
- Reside within Webster Parish
- Have an HVAC system in need of replacement — or no system at all
- Be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years or older

Once finalists are announced on April 3, the community votes online. Each email address gets one vote per day during the voting window (April 3–10). It's free to vote.

The winner is contacted privately before any public announcement. Our team coordinates directly with them to schedule installation.
Our team reviews all nominations and selects finalists based on the nominee's story, community impact, and eligibility. Finalists are announced April 3.
